We hope you love your purchase from Shop B Shoes. But if you need to return an item, our return policy is the same online as it is at our retail locations. We offer store credit or exchange only. Orders that are shipped are eligible for return if they are received by Shop B Shoes within 14 days of the purchase date. Any discounted item is final sale. Please email info@shopbshoes.com to initiate the return process and receive an authorization number.
